Welcome to Puchero Cleaning Services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Service
Puchero Cleaning Services ("we", "us", "our") provides residential condo cleaning services specifically tailored for units within Sorrento Oasis, Rosario, Pasig City. We provide the equipment and supplies necessary unless the client requests the use of specific personal cleaning solutions.
2. Booking and Access
- Clearances: The client is strictly responsible for securing the necessary gate passes, work permits, or authorization required by the Sorrento Oasis Property Management Office (PMO) to allow our cleaners entry to the building and unit. Any delays caused by lack of clearance may be deducted from the allotted cleaning time.
- Unit Condition: Heavy debris, hazardous materials, pet waste, or pest infestations are outside the scope of our standard services. We reserve the right to refuse service upon inspection if the unit condition poses a health or safety hazard to our team.
3. Rescheduling and Cancellations
We require at least a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of booked services. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. If our team arrives and is unable to access the unit through no fault of their own, the full service fee may be charged.
4. Pricing and Payment
Rates are determined by the type of service selected and the size of the condo unit. All prices are stated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Payment must be settled upon completion of the service on the same day via Cash, GCash, or bank transfer, unless a prior arrangement has been made.
5. Damages and Liability
We treat your home with the utmost care. However, in the rare event that damage or breakage occurs due to our team's negligence:
- Reporting Window: Any damages or missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion. Reports made beyond this timeframe will not be accommodated.
- Pre-existing Conditions: We assume no liability for damage to items that were not properly secured prior to the cleaning, or for damages related to pre-existing wear and tear, faulty installation, or fragile antique items.
- Liability Limit: Our maximum liability for any damage directly caused by our staff is limited strictly to the cost of the cleaning service provided on that day, or the fair market value of the item, whichever is lower, subject to our investigation.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
